He was born in 1886 at Matulalay in Taragunia village under CS No-25 Mauza Salimpur of Mathurapur Union of Daulatpur Upazila. Golam Rahman Pandit of Chhatian village of Chhatian union of Mirpur upazila has chalked his education life. He studied in Kushtia High School till secondary level.
In 1920, he received his master's degree in law and his doctorate in law in 1925. In 1919-20, he started his career by teaching at Anandamahan College, Mymensingh. In 1925-1930 and 1936 he taught Tagore Law at Calcutta University. Later, he joined the Calcutta High Court as a lawyer. He was appointed as the Chief Justice of Calcutta High Court from 1941-43.
Served as Vice-Chancellor of Calcutta University in 1943-44. Dr. Radha Vinod Pal's fame is not only limited to Pakistan and India. At the end of his illustrious career, he was one of the people who started the trial of the Special International Court in Tokyo, the capital city of Japan from 1946 to 1948. member
He acquitted Japan of war crimes with his 1200 page rational judgment. His judgment is recognized as a world-famous historical judgment. After that, he became known as Japan's friend Indian. The famous sage Radha Vinod Pal breathed his last on January 10, 1967 in Kolkata. Here his descendants are living.
