Prashant Kishore is an Indian political strategist and an election wizard. Recently, he was named in Forbes India's list of 20 people to watch in 2020.
In the Delhi Assembly elections, AAP won 62 out of 70 seats with a huge majority. All eyes were on Prashant Kishore, who created it.

Besides being a political strategist and a statesman, he is a public health expert and worked for the United Nations for 8 years.

Prashant Kishore is an Indian political strategist . Prashant Kishore was appointed under Janata Dal (United) as their political strategist  in September 2018. Trained in political strategy and tactics, Prashant Kishore worked for the United Nations for eight years as a political strategist to international politicians.

Prashant Kishore Birthday and Education :

Prashant Kishore was born on 20 March 1977 and he was born in Konar village of Rohtas district. Later his father moved to Boxer in Bihar.

Mother hails from Ballia district of Uttar Pradesh and father Shrikant Pandey is a doctor in Bihar government. His wife's name is Janhvi Das. who is a doctor from Guwahati, Assam. The couple has a son.
He completed his secondary education in Buxar and then moved to Hyderabad to pursue engineering.

Before joining Indian politics, he was working as a public health expert at the United Nations. He developed election strategies for various political parties including BJP, Congress.

Prashant Kishore Career : 

After completing his Masters in Public Health, Prashant Kishore started his career as a Public Health Specialist at the United Nations.

 Prashant Kishore's first posting was in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh and then he was transferred to Bihar to lead the polio eradication program.
Rabri Devi was the Chief Minister of Bihar at that time. After working for 2 years he was called to the Indian office of the United Nations and then after working for 2 years he was called to work at the UN headquarters.

 Prashant did not really enjoy working at the United Nations headquarters in the United States, so he asked for some field work.
After 6 months, he was offered a job as head of department in Chad – a landlocked country in north-central Africa where no one wanted to go. It was here that he learned French. He has worked here for about 4 years.

Political Career of Prashant Kishore : 

Until recently, no one knew whether a person named Prashant was in politics or not, but with Narendra Modi coming to power in 2014, along with Narendra Modi, he also came into the public eye.
Prashant joined Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi's team as an election strategist in 2011, after leaving his distinguished job at the United Nations (UN) in Africa.
With the entry into Pacific politics, the era of political parties as big brands began.


Prashant Kishore's political campaign:

The political campaign was to help Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi in the assembly elections. He was re-elected as Chief Minister for the third time in the Gujarat Assembly elections (2012). He gained tremendous popularity.
In 2013, he founded 'Citizens for Accountable Governance' (CAG). It became India's first Political Action Committee.
In 2014, he helped Narendra Modi-led Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) win the Lok Sabha elections and the party won an absolute majority in the country.So we can say that he was one of the main strategists of BJP's pre-election campaign.

Prashant Kishore Bihar Assembly Campaign 2015:

After winning the 2015 Bihar Assembly elections for the third time, CAG members and Prashant Kishore together formed I-PAC. Prashant Kishor orchestrated campaign strategy, resources and alliances. With the I-PAC, he coined the slogan “Nitish ke nishcha: Vikas ki garanti” (Nitish Ka Vrat: Guaranteed Development).
Nitish Kumar won for the third time and appointed Prashant Kishore as advisor for planning and program implementation. He also had to figure out the seven-point agenda promised during the Bihar election campaign.

 In January 2020, the relationship did not last and he was expelled from the Janata Dal (U).

Prashant Kishore 2020 Delhi Campaign :

Prashant Kishor was the Aam Aadmi Party's election campaign strategist for the 2020 Delhi Assembly elections. The party also won the election.

Prashant Kishore 2021 West Bengal Assembly Campaign:

Prashant Kishore has been appointed as All India Trinamool Congress advisor for the 2021 West Bengal Assembly elections. His clever strategy helped the All India Trinamool Congress win 213 out of 294 seats and form the government again. He had already predicted and challenged that the All India Trinamool Congress would form the government with 200+ seats under the leadership of Mamata Banerjee.

Prashant Kishore Retirement : 

After the AITC's victory in the 2021 West Bengal assembly elections and the DMK's victory in the 2021 Tamil Nadu assembly elections, Prashant Kishore announced that he was stepping down as an election strategist.

In an interview with NDTV on 2 May 2021, Kishore told anchor Srinivasan Jain on Live TV, “I don't want to continue what I am doing.
